There are so many local producers who spend all year crafting, creating, brewing and distilling. We’ve compiled a few of our favourites so you can take a slice of the Cairngorms home with you.
Cairngorm Leaf & Bean
A small artisan roastery, based in Grantown On Spey who love everything coffee and are passionate about roasting, drinking and brewing their 100% Arabica beans.
Cairn Candles
Sustainable, luxury, soy candles – hand-crafted in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. They offer beautiful earth-first home fragrances with a Scottish twist.
Great Glen Charcuterie
Great Glen specialise in producing charcuterie using only wild Scottish venison. They are a family business set up fifteen years ago and working in the beautiful village of Roy Bridge, set deep in the rugged Scottish Highlands.
Inshriach Gin
The Inshriach Distillery is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, a few miles from Aviemore and deep in the Cairngorms National Park. Not only is this one of last strongholds of Scottish juniper, it is an area abundant in interesting and edible botany. All ingredients are picked within a few miles of the estate.
Kinrara Distillery
Kinrara’s highland distillery is nestled in 12,000 acres of Cairngorm National Park, just outside Aviemore. One of Scotland’s newest micro distilleries, they make unique highland dry gins infused with local flora and berries.
Connage Dairy
Connage Highland Dairy is a traditional family-owned, fully organic business, situated on our family farm at Ardersier. The farm was started by father Hamish Clark and continues to remain in the family. The organic dairy herd of 150 cows graze the luscious clover pastures around the dairy and along the shores of the Moray Firth.
Cairngorm Gin
Hand-crafted artisan gin produced in small batches, of no more than 70 bottles, in a traditional copper pot still.
