“We loved staying at Kim's place. Cosy, clean and gorgeous to be in- the house is in the perfect location- 1 min from the bus stop, 15 mins from the train station and 3 doors down from the pub. We hired bikes in Aviemore and had one of our best holidays yet. Would highly recommend.”

“Stayed at Springfield House as a party of 6 to attend a family wedding in Carrbridge. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful and so comfortable. We made use of the spacious garden but also enjoyed walks with our dog in nearby Ellan Woods, a very short walk from the house. I would recommend a stay at Springfield House to enjoy the stunning Cairngorms region.”

Suitable for our kids (14 yo + 10yo) too with plenty of places for them to chill with iPads after long walks. Great communication before and during with the host, smooth check-in and check-out. “Springfield House is comfortable and characterful, in the perfect location for exploring Carrbridge and the surrounding area. There is an abundance of lovely walks to do right from the front door, and the house was the ideal cosy place to go back to at the end of the day. Kim was also a fantastic host, making sure we had all the info we needed. I would highly recommend her place to others as a place to stay in the stunning Cairngorms and would love to return to it in the near future.”

“lovely property in a lovely location with everything you need in the house and not far from local amenities , the local shop has the basics if you run out but in Aveimore there is an M&S food , Tresco , Aldi and lots of independent places to do a bigger shop . You are very close to some lovely lochs and would highly recommend the hilltop Reindeer walk , we did it in the snow and it was fantastic.”
